2024年10月2日（水）17時ごろ、ユースセンターに来所された方が飲酒をしてきたご様子だったため、今日の利用はできないことをお伝えしました。その方が「人種差別だ」「ここは最悪」「Youtubeにあげる」と言いながら、ユースセンターのなかを動画で撮影されていました。
ユースセンターにおけるルールをうまくお伝えすることができなかったかもしれず、心苦しく思っています。
ユースセンターでは、人種に関わらず、飲酒をしている方の当日の利用をお断りしています。そのうえで、「お酒を飲んでいない日にまた来てね」とお伝えしています。また、ユースセンターのなかを許可なく撮影し、公開することはできません。（なお、そのほかにも利用のルールがあります）
無断での動画の撮影やアップロードは、肖像権とプライバシー権の侵害にあたります。もし動画を見つけた場合は厳正に対処します。
わたしたちは、すべての人種差別に反対しています。

October 2, 2024, around 5:00 p.m., we refused to accept a person who came to the Youth Center because they had been drinking. He was taking videos of the inside of the Youth Center, saying “racist”, “this place is the worst”, and “I will put this video on Youtube”.
We are afraid that we may have failed to communicate the rules of the Youth Center to him.
The Youth Center does not allow persons who have been drinking to use the Youth Center on the same day, regardless of race. Of course, you can use the Youth Center on days when you have not been drinking. We also do not allow anyone to take pictures of the inside of the Youth Center without permission. (In addition, there are other rules of use.)
Unauthorized filming or uploading of videos constitutes a violation of the rights of publicity and privacy. If we find any videos, we will deal with them strictly.
We stand against all racism.
Please come back next time when you are not drinking.
